These Terms of Service apply when you access the PawKind Essentials website or purchase products from us.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography and screen settings.

For sized products, customers should measure their dog and review the applicable size guide before ordering.

Our products are designed as practical pet-care accessories. They are not veterinary devices and are not substitutes for professional veterinary diagnosis, treatment or advice.

ORDERS

An order is accepted once Shopify confirms it and payment is successfully authorised. We may cancel or limit an order where:

• The product is unavailable
• Pricing or product information contains an obvious error
• Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected
• We cannot deliver to the supplied address
• Fulfilling the order would be unlawful

Any payment collected for a cancelled order will be refunded.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Prices, available currencies, discounts, taxes and delivery charges are displayed before payment.

Australian customers are served through the Australian market in AUD where Shopify’s localisation services apply. New Zealand customers are served through the New Zealand market in NZD.

THIRD-PARTY FULFILMENT

Products may be dispatched directly by third-party fulfilment partners. Products from the same order may therefore arrive separately and have different tracking numbers.

PawKind Essentials remains responsible for customer support and for meeting any legal obligations owed to customers.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these terms.

RESPONSIBLE USE

Follow all supplied instructions and supervise dogs when appropriate, particularly when using toys, mobility products or wearable products.

Stop using a product if it causes distress, injury, irritation or abnormal behaviour. Consult a veterinarian when professional advice is needed.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The PawKind Essentials name, website content, product copy, graphics and other original materials may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by law.

LIABILITY AND CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

Where liability can lawfully be limited, PawKind Essentials is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by misuse, failure to follow instructions, unauthorised modification or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections applying in the customer’s location, including applicable Australian consumer protections.

CHANGES

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our products, operations or legal obligations. Updated terms take effect when published on the website.
